This business was formerly the long-established Air New Zealand maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) centre for the Pratt & Whitney JT8D and Rolls- Royce Dart. Now owned by a partnership called Pratt & Whitney Air New Zealand Services, and trading as Christchurch Engine Centre (CHCEC), we are situated at Christchurch International Airport, New Zealand, and since 2005 include all IAE V2500 engines (A1, A5, and D5) MRO and testing at our Orchard Road facility.

A full MRO service is offered with FAA, CAA and other national approvals. A traditional focus on looking after customer interests along with configuration management, material management and test facilities has built this company into the substantial operation it is today with a customer base that now extends world wide.
