Building the capability

We are expanding our floor space and building a new test cell to handle the volume we need. New logistics systems are being implemented to support 140 shop visits per year by 2032.

Planning and design

We mapped out the expansion with precision. Every square metre was accounted for, every system designed to handle the GTF workload.

2025

Construction underway

The work began in earnest. New bays rose, test cells were installed, and the facility started to become what it needed to be.

2026

GTF induction begins

Q4 2026 marks the moment we start receiving GTF engines. The facility is ready. The team is ready. The future arrives.

2032

Full operational capacity

We will be running at full capacity with 140 shop visits annually. The expansion will be complete, and Christchurch will be a global centre for GTF MRO.
